And the first question that the kids asked, without hesitation, was, “Cesc, why do you not want to join Barcelona?â€
He replied, as quoted by El Mundo Deportivo, “I would like to, but I have a contract with Arsenal and it is necessary to respect it.â€
None of the young fans were too happy with the answer as they turned their attention to Pique.
“Why do you not convince Cesc to join Barcelona?†they asked, to which the Barcelona defender replied, “I don’t know how many times I’ve tried to convince him, but there is no way… not for now.â€
Fabregas was, however, given some reprieve when a Gunners fan asked him if he is going to stay at the Emirates.
“I am the captain, and rest assured, I will continue at Arsenal,†the 22-year-old midfielder affirmed.

One again Cesc has had to come out and speak about certain accusations presented by media sources. It is getting pretty ridiculous using the Arsenal captain as a constant revenue income for the newspapers. Yet again it has been reported that Cesc is linked with a move to Spain, and that he has interest in a move.

Cesc has come out with a public response via the official Arsenal FC site.

Whilst on International duties in his home country, Cesc Fabregas performed well in a 5-0 slaughtering against New Zealand. Cesc opened up with a great assist to Torres who scored a beauty.
Then after 24 minutes, Cesc was setup with a gentle goal to pretty much end the game early on. Watch the full highlights below.
Captain Cesc
Leading the Arsenal since November, Cesc has produced a fine attitude towards his new captaincy position. It was only seven months ago when William Gallas was stripped off for exposing his Club and team mates outside the dressing rooms.
